The cancellation period is 4 weeks before your current license ends. You can easily cancel your license in the fleet management portal. If you do not cancel your license within the cancellation period, your license will extend automatically for 12 more months. There is no fee/penalty for canceling your license.
Please note that canceling your license out of the cancellation period is not possible. In case that you do not cancel your license within the cancellation period, your contract will extend automatically.
